Starchitect is a card game comprised of a variety of employees with different skills and abilities. Here are some examples below.

The Employees

In the game of Starchitect, you get to build your firm over gtime with all kinds of staff members. Some staff members come with fame, while others bring spcialized skills like sustainability. Each architecturally focused employee will have varying levels of 3 key abilities: Design, Management, or Technical. Employees also come with “Traits” that help to develop the firm’s culture: Leadership, Sustainability, cololaboration, and in some cases, also bring somenegative traits.
